The Story:

Nalo is on a mission to raise the bar snack, with carefully honed recipes that are glorious on their own, or alongside great coffee or a nice glass of wine.

From a humble London kitchen, pharmacist-come-founder Divya has grown the business to supply the top hotels and most exclusive members clubs across London. Inspired by a meticulous approach to flavour, each recipe balances Divya’s passion for taste, alongside an encyclopaedic knowledge of our nutritional needs.

And every mouthful is made using the highest quality, natural ingredients - delivering the most nourishment for the least environmental impact.

The Project:

Nalo was a real ‘build as we grow’ style project. Working closely with Divya and her team, we workshopped the ideas, and then went out to market meeting experts and customers, and developing the product and strategy as our insights grew.

Jaggard collective crafted brand guidelines, content ideas, newsletters, and community building, and customer acquisition strategies, alongside the Nalo brand story and elevator pitch. Weaving founder Divya’s personal story into the story of the brand, as well as working on packaging, website copy, and a renaming workshop.
