ATELIER PIP
The Story:
Atelier Pip is a flavour consultancy that toasts the craft of flavour and the experiences it inspires. Founder Zoe’s incredible work goes beyond simply designing a drink or cocktail menu. She is able to weave ingredients together, elevating them to tell the stories of the brands they represent, and to celebrate the people, places, and cultural moments that are meaningful to them.
When Atelier Pip came to us Zoe had spent the last few years growing her business, and like so many brands we work with, finally felt ready and able to dedicate some time to the way she was presenting it. This meant looking at all the customer touch points and ensuring they were elevated and polished, to reflect the skills and expertise Atelier Pip offers.
The Project:
Zoe understood what it was that Atelier Pip stood for, but was struggling to communicate it in the most clear and effective way. Whilst all the messages were there, Jaggard Collective came in to craft the tone and comms - ensuring the story was being told.
We began with a workshop, looking at the brand messages and outlining the core values. This work was translated into a clear set of brand guidelines, which subsequently informed phase two.
Which included, the honing of the Atelier Pip brand story and elevator pitch - with a focus on in person meetings and interactions as one of the key touch points. We worked on a series of decks, which could be spliced up and sent to press, potential clients, or shared with teams and freelancers as part of a brief.
Then lastly, we worked on the website, ensuring that the content celebrated Atelier Pip’s successes and showcased what the brand stood for.
