JO MITTON DESIGN
The Story:
Jo Mitton Design is a London based Interior Design Studio. Founded in 2020, Jo and her team focus on considered, creative design, through projects across the UK & internationally.
“I believe design should be timeless, whilst always pushing the boundaries of creativity. I gravitate towards work that has depth and soul to it, and try to remain unswayed by trends. I’m conscious of creating spaces that last, being aware of my footprint, and weaving a mix of local craftsmanship and heritage design into all my projects.”
The Project:
Founder Jo wanted to refresh her website. Jaggard Collective linked Jo with one of our preferred developers, who worked really well within the confines of Squarespace (which Jo wanted to use as she knew it and felt it was easy to edit going forward).
We also linked the studio with photographers to shoot the projects, created copy for each project summary, and workshopped the brand to create a distinct set of values, which are highlighted as part of the website and now form the opening slides on all of their project proposals - helping to showcase what the studio stands for to prospective clients.
We then expanded these values into a set of content rhythms that they could use for social. Meaning the channels became much easier to manage - and the team weren’t always under pressure to post and ‘find’ content. instead they used our ideas as a framework to give their page some structure, as well as celebrate their values with each post!
